I would be interested in hearing from anyone who has opinions and/or ideas concerning the reasonableness of executive compensation. This is a big issue right now with the SEC and publicly-traded companies. The SEC is encouraging more disclosure of how executives' pay amounts are determined. This is also a hot tax issue at closely-held C corporations, S corporations and tax-exempt entites.
