Utilizing Web 2.0 in HR

Web 2.0 is growing and becoming a bigger part of people's lives seemingly every day. The article stresses using blogs, albeit responsibly, to put out information to both the public and internally to employees. However you use social media, the article stresses that you be smart about it. This is very true. Be careful about what is to remain internal and what anyone can view. Also, and the article mentions this, wikis need to be updated by only those who are allowed to, and don't make HR policy or content editable.
