Benefit Software Inc.'s Three-Year Study of Printed Benefit Statements Validates Importance

Benefit Software Inc. a leading Software as a Service (SaaS) provider of online employee benefits administration, employee self-service enrollment, and benefits communication solutions, today announces that 95 percent of clients surveyed over a three-year period were very satisfied with their outsourced printed Benefit or Total Compensation Statements. Clients gave exceptionally high marks for project management, level of service, production quality, and on-time delivery of the finished product.

Benefit Software Inc. produces Total Compensation, Total Rewards, and Benefit Statements for more than 200 organizations employing more than 150,000 employees. The annual survey, which was conducted in 2008, 2009, and 2010, asked clients to rate key aspects in the completion of their Statement projects. The aggregate results revealed the following:

* 96 percent reported that they were kept well informed during the project
* 9 out of 10 clients reported that they received timely and accurate drafts of the statements
* 99 percent reported being pleased with the look of their statements
* 9 out of 10 clients agreed that the printed statements were completed within a manageable and reasonable timeline
* 9 out of 10 clients said that the statements were delivered on time and packaged as requested
* 97 percent reported that the project manager was responsive and knowledgeable
