After recently acquiring two new hospitals, Meridian Health needed to efficiently onboard new team members into its benefits and payroll systems before the upcoming Open Enrollment period. Benefitfocus technology integrates all employee data while also providing a streamlined process for managing benefits and enrollment.

Using HR InTouch, Meridian Health’s more than 12,000 team members are able to log in to one convenient online portal and enroll in all their benefits, including medical, dental, vision and life. Team members have access to HR InTouch’s wellness resources, HR Knowledgebase and a Video Library that contains more than 250 health care, benefit, HR and wellness topics.
