Employer Health Asset Management Roadmap

By Integrated Benefits Institute

The
Employer Health Asset Management Roadmap is for those employers struggling to find a clear path to making a health and productivity difference in the lives of their employees and in the competitiveness of their company.

You may access a video webinar that explains the need for and goals of the CAWG Roadmap.

The Roadmap provides a comprehensive, innovative and creative tool aimed at improving employee health and well-being, productivity and satisfaction. In promoting health and productivity as a joint responsibility between employees and employers, the Roadmap provides not only an engagement plan and assessment guide but also an extensive assortment of resources, solutions and real-life case studies. Many IBI programs are referenced there to help you demonstrate the business value of health.

The Roadmap was developed by the Change Agent Work Group, a collaboration of industry, Health & Welfare, and academic leaders and influencers.

The Roadmap can be read by chapter or in its entirety. Start with the Executive Summary. Next, review a summary presentation that includes the main points and summary detail.

Finally, review the Table of Contents to select your area of interest and read more detail to see if you are not encouraged to “Take Action” to improve your own well-being and workplace competitiveness but also that of your family, co-workers and community.

Should you have questions or want to know more about certain areas, please contact Change Agent Work Group member Bill Molmen at wmolmen@ibiweb.org.
